Questions
Do you take a commission on orders?
No. 0% on every order, on the Free plan and on Pro.
Who receives the money?
When customers pay at pickup or at the door, you collect it directly. Online card payments go to your own Stripe account, and Stripe’s processing fees apply there. We never hold your funds.
Is there a contract?
No. Pro is billed monthly and you can cancel anytime. Pro stays active until the end of the month you paid for.
What if a payment fails?
Pro features keep working for 7 days while you update your card. After that only the Pro features pause: your ordering page stays open.
What hardware do I need?
An Android phone or tablet to receive orders. A network thermal printer is optional. There is no iPhone app yet.
Will the price change?
Prices are public. If they change, we tell you at least 30 days in advance.
